I am taking part in a triathlon (400m swim, 20km bike and 5 km run) for the Dallaglio Foundation on the 5th of September. All money raised will be donated to Cancer Research UK which I am sure you will agree is a well worthy charity. My aim is £350 so any donations will be much appreciated!
