On the 11th November I'll be taking part in a charity boxing match to raise money for the Parkinson's Improvement Programme. I chose this charity as my nan was diagnosed with Alzheimer's a few years ago and this charity's research led them to be able to provide a tonic for people with Parkinson's or Alzheimer's or RA or TN which can lead to a better quality of life. 

Any donations made will allow them to assist more people and continue their research, so is massively appreciated.
