I am taking part in this year's 'Strictly Oxford' for many reasons. The main one is simply to help Vale House with the wonderful work they do for dementia sufferers and their families. I am delighted to have been asked and am looking forward to all aspects of the challenge, including the chance to get fit, make new friends and to learn something new and of course have a good excuse to try a spray tan!

The rehearsals take place over 7 weeks and involve over 30 hours of training. So hopefully I'll have learnt a little rhythm before the big night.
