This year, Tricky and I have finally got our acts together to run a marathon and will be partaking in the one in Brighton on April 10th. 

We have decided to run for a charity called Mind. A mental health organisation that both promotes mental health awareness and helps people who suffer from mental health issues, of which there are nearly one in four of us every year. We won't bore you with the reasons, suffice to say that this is a charity really close to our hearts and anything that you kindly agree to donate will go a long way to supporting a really worthwhile cause.

At the moment just finishing is the goal but we are training hard and as you can see from our fund raising target we need all the help we can get from our friends and family's to get us there.
