Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I finally managed to secure a place in my dream event, and will be running The London Marathon for AbleChildAfrica!

Due to the current global pandemic, the event will take place virtually and on a course of my choice on October 4th. The pandemic has been an incredibly difficult time for the charity so it will be a relief to complete the race in their name and in their support. 

A final surge in donations would be a dream, so please give whatever you can!

AbleChildAfrica are the leading UK charity working exclusively with and for children with disabilities in Africa - some of the world’s most vulnerable children. 

Your donation will go towards their mission of promoting equal rights for children with disabilities and their families and facilitating their inclusion in all aspects of life by providing direct services such as health and education, as well funding advocacy and influencing work in the UK and internationally.

Please remember where your donations are going, it's going to be a monumental effort but a drop in the ocean compared to the challenges these children face and the work the charity continues to do.
