Hey Guys and Girls

I'm taking part in the London Marathon on April 17th I'm competing for a charity called CHASE who look after children in the uk with serious medical conditions that needs round the clock care and with out the money raised from us in various charity events the care for these children would not be possible. I would like to ask you all for your help in raising and promoting this event with me by sharing it with your family and friends. Just rememeber for the price of a beer or a night at the pictures it will keep one of these children going that little bit further and help the familys enjoy further time with thier child. The life expectancy for most of these children is 19 years old.

Hey these children ask for nothing but need everything please give generously and help prolong there lifes.
