We are climbing Snowdon on 20th August to raise money and awareness for Hectors House. There will be 9 of us walking up the Llanberis path which is the longest of the paths at 9 miles total distance. We have chosen this charity because many of us ourselves have been affected in some way and we want to raise awareness of the silence around this topic and the work that Hector's House does to break the stigma and provide opportunities for people to talk openly about how they feel. 

We believe that suicide can be prevented, if we all realise that mental health is fluid, that you can get help, you are not alone, people do care. We are raising money so that hopefully, we can prevent suicide, though increased awareness, education and support.
