In September I am running 11 miles of pure hell whilst trying to complete various obstacles in the mud !!!

This year is a huge milestone for hospice at home Gwynedd and Anglesey, we are 25 years old!!

Having been part of the team as a hospice at home nurse for the past 10 years, I know first hand how important fundraising is for the charity to maintain the services out in our communities.
