On the 11th and 12th October 2020 we will be completing a walking Marathon to raise money and awareness for Mental Health and Suicide Prevention. 

2020 has been a year of uncertainty, loneliness and our mental health has been put to the test. 

Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. Mind are a charity that will always listen. We will always listen.  YOU ARE NOT ALONE ❤️

Apart from both being fairly fit we have had no training and it will be tough - we will document and journey the whole way! We will also be walking around the Rugby area so if you see us wave! Thanks for reading 🙏🏼
