Update - Monday 6th September

I took place in the Adidas Womens 5K Challenge on Sunday 5th September and ran the course in 30 mins which was way above my expectations.

Nearly 2 years ago my son, Ben, was born at 35 weeks and spent x12 days in special care and this is why I have decided to raise some money for Bliss and run the Adidas Womens 5K Challenge on the 5th September in London!

Bliss is the UK charity for premature and sick babies and offer guidance and information at a critical time when families need them.
