For the last 5 years, colleagues from GB Group have taken part in a physically enduring challenge to raise money for charity. On June 11th 2010, abouty 60 of us will be doing it again - and I will be there.

This year, we return to supporting Friendship Clinic Nepal. Over the last few years, the money you have helped us raise for this charity has made a huge difference - it's no exaggeration to say it has saved lives - and there is more to do.

So the challenge....

We are taking on The Sandstone Trail - 34 miles across Cheshire and North Shropshire in under 12 hours. I've decided to do this with 10 weeks to get fit - so help with the motivation please with whatever money you can spare.
