Bob Lawrence and I (the two Bobs - Team Florin - geddit?) are doing this ride at short notice for what hopefully will be a good day out, but also to raise funds for the Stroke Association.  I am sure all of you will know someone who has suffered a stroke.  This is a very worthwhile charity and deserves your support.

I have given myself a modest target (though would like to beat it!) in view of the short time available. I know you have many charitable demands so all I am asking is just £5 (~$7.50) from all of you.
