Please sponsor my Royal Parks Half Marathon run on the 10th of October and help me donate to UNICEF and the Royal Parks Foundation.   

Together we can help children in need gain access to fresh water, food and medicine. At home, the money will also be used to protect, conserve and enhance London's royal parks.

Running a half marathon has long been a foolish goal of mine and I will attempt to run it in 100 minutes or less (if my head and legs let me).
