Well I survived the first leg of the challenge (Alcatraz). The swim turned out to be the easiest bit.. it was the run that almost finished me off.

Just the Paris trip to do now. Training is going well, although I picked up 2 punctures on the Suffolk Sunrise 100 mile ride. If that continued on the Paris trip I would need 8 spare inner tubes!
