Which ever way we look at it, men are far less healthy than women. The average life expectancy for men is five years less than for women. Men lack awareness about the very real health issues they face. There is an attitude that they have to be tough - "a real man" - and are reluctant to see a doctor about an illness or go for regular medical checks.

Movember aims to change these attitudes and make men's health fun by putting the ‘Mo’ back on the face of fashion, and in the process raise some serious funds for key men's health issues.

We are raising money for Testicular Cancer - it is the number one cancer killer among men in their 20's and 30's.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
