Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I have been given the opportunity to volunteer in Buwagi, Uganda, for 4 weeks this summer to build a playground with a charity called East African Playgrounds. EAP is a small charity that builds playgrounds in Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania for schools, orphanages and community centres. More information about EAP can be found at www.eastafricanplaygrounds.org

Every penny I raise will go towards the building of the playgrounds, including materials and welder. I will be living within the community and eating with the locals, offering whatever I can to ensure those children are having fun! This is something I have wanted to do for a long while and now with your help I can finally get the opportunity to do it.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now. 'Every little helps!!'

Thank You!
