Sacha was just 2 when he died from a rare and aggressive brain cancer. He was only a few months older than Phoebe.

 I can't imagine how you ever get back on track after something like that happens let alone how you turn it into something positive. But somehow that's what Hannah and Vince have done. They decided to raise money for World Child cancer in Sachas memory and now we are doing the same.
