On the last day of being 61 and 8 years after my initial cancer diagnosis I am setting myself the challenge of doing the Windsor Triathlon. This involves swimming 750 metres in the River Thames (yes really!), cycling 20 km and if that's not enough, running 5 kms through the hilly streets of Windsor in a lycra trisuit (you have been warned!). And yes they are all on the same morning, one after the other!  So please support me in trying to achieve this. 

From Me to You encourages people to write letters to friends suffering with cancer - keeping them connected at a time when they feel most disconnected. We also run our Donate A Letter campaign, sending anonymous letters to cancer patients in hospitals across the UK. Social isolation is often felt by cancer patients and something as simple as a letter can alleviate this.£5 buys a book of stamps, £10 buys a letter-writing kit posted out to anyone requesting one, £15 buys a place for someone to attend one of our workshops across the UK
