Fundraising for Barnardo's
Story
I ran the London Marathon for Barnardo's on Sunday. It was a great day and the crowd support was fantastic. I finished in 4 hours and 19 minutes and fortunately felt fine. So many people have been marvellously supportive and I am SO grateful to them all. I still have another £500 to raise for Barnardo's and so appreciate it if you could donate a little bit if you haven't. I know times are hard but every £5 counts! It does not have to be a huge donation.
Barnardo's is such a good Charity to support as it believes in children regardless of their circumstances, gender, race, disability or behaviour and that every child deserves the best start in life and the chance to fulfil their potential. The Charity uses the knowledge gained from its work with children to campaign for better childcare policy and to champion the rights of every child. Barnardo’s is regulated by the Charity Commission. This Charity would greatly value your support as I do your interest in supporting me!
