Anyone who knows me will know how petrified I am of heights and find it very difficult to do anything which involves being high up.. so this year I'm pushing myself and raising awareness for Mental Health 

Nearly all of us know at least one person who is affect by Metal heath, the Charity Health and Mind works in the Edinburgh and Lothians helping  and are committed to improving the mental health and well being of people living in Scotland. Through raising public awareness and understanding of mental health issues, they aim to reduce stigma and discrimination. Everyone has the right to live a full and satisfying life and Health & Mind can provide the tools, information and support to help people cope with life’s challenges and live the life they want to live.
