Hi all,

As some of you know I am attempting a "fun" triathalon on May 23rd in memory of Kieran 'Kiery' Harding, and raising money for The Footsteps Foundation in . Kiery, the younger son of my friends Fi and , died suddenly on 3rd September 2009 aged just 18 months, having been diagnosed with 22q11.2 Deletion Syndrome, or DiGeorges, just 9 weeks before.

The Footsteps Foundation in  was invaluable to Fi and  as it made a difference to Kiery's mobility. They provide intensive physiotherapy and enormous amounts of support to the families of children like Kiery, support not provided by the NHS.
