This year Clare, Deb, Louise & Lydia will be running the London 10km to raise funding for Beating Bowel Cancer.

Clare - The name is Christie, Linford Christie OBE mon!!!!! Just show me where the pub is and watch me sprint (no performance enhancing drugs required)!!!  Come on, this must be well worth giving me some sponsorshipmoney for and is also for a jolly good cause :)

Deb - As I thankfully remain in remission I am aware that there is a lot I can do to help fund support, research & advice that is still important for my BumBandits, who are so very dear to me and rest assured the sweat and tears are for them! 

The girls have graciously offered their support, dedication (ha!) & sweat to help the cause.  We'll all be using the run as an excuse to look vaguely athletic, but more importantly to feel a bit smug at having raised funds for an excellent charity whilst we sup a post event glass of vino...

Louise - This is a fantastic cause so please sponsor me and the other girls as we attempt a 10k (yes that’s double figures) run in the summer sun (hopefully)! I still can’t help thinking 10k is a long way to run for a Pub!

Lydia - Yes thats right i am also going to attempt to run 10k, over 6 miles! Please give generously, if we reach our target I will run the whole way in Phoebe from Friends style!
