On Saturday 17^th July,  15 of us will  be attempting to run 5K to raise money for local charity Access Community Trust

In many cases our enthusiasm greatly outweighs our running ability, so some of us have embarked on the CouchTo5K program to ensure we give it our best shot. Of course there are also certain members of the team (who will remain nameless) that are extremely competitive and have already talked up some great performances. Either way, it’s going to be good fun and hopefully we will raise lots of money for Access Community Trust.
