In memory of my mum, a wonderful single mum, who died earlier this year, I would love to raise as much money as I can for Gingerbread.                      It would be great to raise some much needed money which could fund a training course for a single parent to get back to work or help to pay for the helpline which gives so much emotional and practical advice. Gingerbread shout loud about the issues affecting single parent families and strive to end the unfair poverty, disadvantage and stigma they face.                                                                          1 in 4 families in the UK are now headed by a single parent, however many single parent families continue to experience poverty, disadvantage and stigma. By supporting Gingerbread, you’ll be helping single parents across the country to receive expert advice, practical support, as well as get their voices heard.                                                                My mum knew all about Gingerbread and had received advice from them way back when, never forgetting that support.                                                    Thanks for reading.
