I have decided to take part in Movember in the hope of raising money for our charity of the year RAMH, and at the same time growing a sick tash.

RAMH is a mental health charity based in Scotland. They provide professional care and services to those affected by mental ill health, depression, self harm, bipolar disorder, anxiety and other conditions.  It's a really important and worthwhile charity, and one that's close to myself and so many of my colleagues' hearts.

I'd be really grateful if you could donate anything you can - small or large - and keep up to date with my terrible attempt at growing facial hair!
