Thankyou so much for visiting my just giving page, I will be running the Newark Half Marathon for the charity Shaw Mind, in memory of my dear friend Kirsty Garrity. 

The Shaw Mind Foundation's common goal is to significantly reduce suicide across the world within 10 years. They do this by developing innovative ways to support children and the next generation to flourish and cope with the emotional demands of modern day life. They help support people with mental health issues, give mental health education at schools and so so much more and they rely on donations from the general public to keep being able to do all of this great work! 

After losing my friend after she lost her battle with mental health I would like to do something positive for others in her memory, Thank you for reading my page.
