Dear Friends & Family,

I am competing in this year’s “Run To The Beat” Half Marathon, from the O2 in , on Sunday 26^th September.

I am very proud to have secured a place with Cancer Research and have a sponsorship target of £400 to raise for this amazing charity.

My final weeks of training will be intense to say the least and I'll be running the South London 10K race on Sunday 12th September as a "warm up".  Your sponsorship support will spur me on and make the journey so much easier, knowing it’s contributing to funding research and treatment of this terrible disease that’s claimed the lives of too many loved ones.
