Do you enjoy a cup of coffee when you are out?  Would you be prepared to give that much because somone you love needs some medical help?

You don't need to do that here in the UK with our NHS, but in Palestine health care is limited and money is needed to provide even basic care.

If it were possible to raise £50 for every km walked that would be only a drop in the ocean, of the funding required.

HELP me to HELP those unable to change their circumstances, sick babies, people with cancer, amputees and more.  We live with free health care , clean hospitals and no worries about power for incubators or lack of medicine to cure us, or help us live our lives as free from pain as possible.

I'm walking 100 Kilometers accross Palestine to raise funds for these people. BUT I do need your HELP.

I'm paying my own expenses, so every pound that comes in goes straight to the MAP charity.

I'm prepared to walk 100 km across the West Bank, I'm 70 years old and will be just shy of 71 at the time of the walk. My longest walk for years has been about 3 or 4 miles.

Help me make this a profitable walk and donate as much as you can to change the lives of as many sick folk as possible.
