We provide help and hope to everyone living with dementia.
Story
I competed in Brighton's first ever Marathon on 18th April 2010 and finished in 4 hours and 19 minutes. I am thriled by the huge support given to help me finish my first ever marathon!
My mum has advanced Alzheimer's disease. I can see how quickly she has deteriorated and we would do anything to stop this sad life stripping disease. I have set myself a target to raise £1,000 for the Alzheimer's Society. Donations received will be used by the charity to help fund invaluable research into the disease. I hope that this will help other families suffering with Alzheimer’s.Please can you sponsor me to reach my target? Every donation, no matter how small, can make a real difference and is greatly appreciated.Donating through ‘JustGiving’ is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe and once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. Thank youCaroline
At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.
