I often hear about the important work that Age UK do via my best friend, Kourtney.  Kourtney is the Volunteer Manager for Age UK Merton and supervises their Befriending service, offering social visits to isolated older people in the London borough of Merton.  

Age UK Merton are an independent charity and, therefore, rely on the financial support of individuals like you to continue their vital work. Every penny raised enables them to continue their service delivery, whether that be: supporting isolated people, giving advice to help older people have more money in their pocket, or helping someone live independently at home for as long as possible. The generosity of donors like you allows them to continue helping as many local older people in Merton as possible.
