Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving
After last years successful “ Marathon in a month “ in January I decided it would be fun to repeat the fitness challenge . Many people have continued to walk and run since January because of this kick start !! It’s the perfect opportunity to get fit ! This January though is slightly different . We will be doing a 10 minute ( minimum time ) fitness streak every day throughout the month of January !
You can do anything at all ... jog / walk / yoga / kettlebells .. etc as long as you do a minimum time of 10 mins .
To join up all you do is donate any amount to this page and then I will add you to a Facebook page . You’ll get motivation and encourage throughout the challenge !
How do I know if you’ve moved everyday ? Well that’s down to trust ! You can log everything on a spread sheet / write it down / log it on Strava maybe ?!
