I am taking part in the Bupa Great South Run Sunday 25th October on behalf of Macmillan Cancer Support.

Macmillan Cancer Support improves the lives of people affected by cancer, they  provide practical, medical, emotional and financial support and push for better cancer care.

Cancer affects us all - that’s why I want to use my love of running to help raise money for this brilliant charity (who relay on donations for 99% of its income)

I know times are hard for most of us during this credit crunch but just a few pounds will go a long way in supporting the lives of people affected by cancer.

So please dig deep and give what you can!
