We fight for the hope of young people to create a society built for all children

Story

Thank you for visiting my fundraising page. Please dig deep and sponsor me online.

I will be doing the Berkhamsted Walk on Sunday 14th May.  It will be a 16 mile walk through the Chiltern Hills and is basically a nice day out for me, but also an opportunity to help The Children's Society.

£250 will fund five workshop sessions convincing a class of school children not to tolerate bullying.

If we don't quite get there, £25 will provide a counselling session for a young carer to advise them about caring for their parents or siblings, and £50 will train four volunteers to act as mentors for young teenagers on remand, helping them to keep out of adult prison and away from a life of crime.

Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The Children's Society will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.

You can find out more about the walk at http://www.berkhamstedwalk.org.uk

So please sponsor me now!

Many thanks for your support.
