Some of you may have heard that the flight from Venice on Saturday evening was cancelled - due to the fantastic organisation skills of Jo and others, I was one of the lucky ones who made it back to London late Sunday night as I was due to do the Asics British 10k London Run on Sunday morning.

I completed the race and have got my medal!

A couple of you expressed an interest in sponsoring me - I've set up this page as it seemed easier than the low-tech sponsorship form I've been using!

I'm fundraising for Cancer Reseach UK and Macmillan Cancer Support - you can't set up a JustGiving page for two charities so I've set this one up for Cancer Research and will match whatever is raised for Macmillan.

I'm now a convert to JustGiving, so here goes:
