Next Sunday I will be running the Shrewsbury half-marathon in memory of a dear friend who taught me, among many other things, the importance of living adventurously. I am running with five other friends to raise money for the Glencoe Mountain Rescue Team. The Glencoe Mountain Rescue Team is an entirely volunteer-run organization that provides free emergency services to hikers, walkers and climbers in the Glencoe area of Scotland.
