Can't believe I am abandoning my stillies for a pair of very unglamourous running shoes- what a sacrifice!  But remembering what we all went through when Louie was ill spurs me on, as well as the thought of all those other kids and parents who have not been as lucky as us. (Plus, hopefully I will lose my spare tyre and feel fit and smug at the same time!)
