I'm abseiling off a tall building to raise money for survivors of torture. The Medical Foundation does amazing therapeutic work with survivors of torture and raises awareness about the practice of torture. We need every penny we can get so cough up!

I've not really done much abseiling before so I'm really hoping someone's going to talk me through what you're actually supposed to do at some point.
