Hey ... I'm running my 7th Royal Parks Half Marathon in October. It won't be easy. I've had Covid twice, long covid and a handful of injuries over the last 18 months. 

But I'm lacing up and getting out there to raise money for the Retail Trust, which has donated £900k in financial aid to retail workers this year - store, warehousing and distribution staff who've been on the frontline and faced financial and emotional hardship and abuse. 

More money means they can help keep more people fed, in their homes and bills paid.
