I am taking part in a boxing event to raise money for Mindfulness in Schools Project. This charity helps train teachers in schools with how to help children with mental health issues. 

The charity was chosen to support my step dad as he lost his daughter in February who was killed. She suffered with her mental health and this is the chosen charity to honour her memory.
