Global Adventure Plus is complimentary motivational support aimed at physically and mentally injured sericemen and women.  It aims at enabling a fast-track to better health through a process of fund-raising for others, combined with high-adrenalin adventure.

Global Adventure Plus is a brand extention of the adventure organisation 'Global Enduro', recently honoured by the participation of both Prince William and Prince Harry on and Enduro Africa rally (and covered in HELLO! in issues 1044 & 1045).  The events challenge participants mentally and physically, rekindling enthusiasm for life by utillising the many skills learnt in the military whilst challenging contributors to learn new skills that lead to like affirming accomplishments such as fundraising for others.

I will be joining the founder of Global Adventure Plus, Robert Lawrence MC, and 12 ex-Servicemen, in a motorbike ride across the Himalayas - over 1,000 miles of fairly tricky and treacherous terrain - which will take 16 days to complete.  No five star accommodation! No long lunches. And definitely no martinis for me for 16 days and nights!

I will be raising funds for my efforts for Combat Stress - the only Charity in the UK to offer help and support to those who suffer from the mental onslaught of War and peacekeeping around the Globe.
