Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On the 16th June, I'm completing the London to Brighton cycle ride. I've been deliberating for a while who to fundraise for so I left the decision to my lovely Auntie Denise.
My Auntie Denise has chosen the charity 'Knitted Knockers', who have literally provided her with a knitted knocker and humour after a turbulent year.
If you hadn't grasped already Knitted Knockers are a small charity who simply make handmade knitted knockers which provide a lightweight breathable cotton alternative to the silicone prosthetics provided by the NHS for those who have undergone a mastectomy or lumpectomy.
So far in 2019 Knitted Knockers has had 1676 orders! A donation of £10 will cover the cost of one pair of knockers and £20 will pay for 6 x 100g balls of cotton to be posted to a volunteer to make the knockers.
Please give what you can,
Love Charlotte
