Hi everyone!

I am running the Cardiff 10K on Sunday 12th September 2010 to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis (CF) Trust.

I have not run 10K before and the only organised race I have participated in is the 5K Race for Life so I am a little nervous but also very excited!

Please sponsor me and help raise money for the CF Trust. CF is one of the UK's most common, life-threatening, inherited diseases. Each week five babies are born with CF whilst three young lives are lost to CF. The median predicted survival for someone with CF currently stands at 35 years old.
