On a very lovely and warm (too warm!) October day, I managed to complete the Royal Parks Half Marathon in 01:50:43 and in doing so managed to beat The Cheeky Girls!!

Thank you so much for your support and donations, as it will be used towards a great cause in helping the kids and families associated with Richard House hospice. The last count we raised £560 which is down to you.

A special mention to my cohort Pip Roberts from the Telegraph in getting me in, and proving with a time of 02:02:48 it can be done without any training ;-)
