On Saturday 22nd October Chepstow Racecourse once again plays host to the Chepstow Stampede in aid of Prostate Cymru, ABF-The Soldiers' Charity and Breast Cancer Care Cymru.

There are two routes available for adults and teams to join: 5km and 10km. The 5km race can be completed by 14 and 15 year olds provided they have consent. There is also a 'mini stampede' of 1.6km for children aged 5 - 15 to participate in. The course includes a mixture of natural and manmade obstacles for you to conquer. The stampede will test your speed, strength and endurance.

Get muddy and raise money for charity at the Chepstow Stampede! Any contributions to Prostate Cymru, big or small, are welcome!
