Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am 50 on 22nd March. It's a big birthday and as ever I have been thinking about my dear lost best friends Richard Marsden and Mark Varley (Marzy and Stan). Marzy died aged 35 and Stan aged 43. Both were tragically young and both were taken due to brain tumours. I want to do something positive to remember and honour the life they lived and to try in a small way to raise some money for research and support via the brain tumour charity in the hope that this may prevent others having their lives struck so tragically short.

Myself, my better half Cheryl are walking the Calderdale Way on my birthday. The walk is 50 miles (apt) and we plan to walk it over three days.
