Hi there,

I'm going to be doing my first ever 10K run on 11th July, in memory of my Dad. Keech Hospice is a local charity in Luton, and we benefited immeasurably from their support towards the end. The least I can do is try and give something back and I know the money will help them to continue to provide critical support to those in need.
