Hello

Almost everyone nowadays is in the unfortunate position of having first hand experience of the affects of Cancer, whether family, friends or colleagues.   Just recently a couple of my close friends have been dealt a cruel blow by the disease.

After a night out with friends and a few, actually several drinks, we decided to do something positive (and fairly difficult, and strenuous, and tiring!) this September…..

Four of us will be attempting…..

The 24 hours 3 Peaks Challenge, in aid of Cancer Research.

The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the highest mountains in Scotland (Ben Nevis), England (Scafell Pike) and Wales (Snowdon) in a continuous 24 hour period.  This means that within 24 hours, we will:

- Walk 25 miles

- Climb 10,000 feet

- Drive 450 miles

We’ll be doing this on September the 18^th.  So please give generously and many thanks for your support.
