As you may be aware. I am running London Marathon in April. 🏃🏻

I am not a runner. Only time I run is to chase a football. Lol! 

Whilst doing so I have decided to raise funds for Disability Sport Wales, who have been so inspirational to my brother-in-law Thomas Matthews since his unfortunate mountain bike accident which left him paralysed and wheelchair bound. :-( 😢

They took him on board, gave him new found confidence and have given him a new lease of life! The training and support that Tom has received is second to none. 

He has taken up Para Table Tennis. He is doing really well, Tom has been selected in Team GB... and is smashing it! Winning the American Open in Las Vegas. (Beating a Rio Paralympic 2016 Bronze medalist in the final) 🏓🏅

He is such an inspiration to family and friends! And we are all so proud of how he has dealt with it and how much he has grown as a person and international sports star! 

So as a thank you to Disability Sport Wales I am running this to raise funds for you!!! 👌🏻
