Hello friends and thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

God has blessed me in many ways. I have a wonderful husband, two beautiful, healthy children and many supportive and loyal friends and family members. He has also given me the ability to run marathons - lots of them.  This year I am excited and so grateful to be given the chance to run the one marathon I have dreamed about forever - LONDON!

This is where you come in...I'll be toeing the line in London in support of an awesome charity called CONTACT and I'm calling on you to help me out.  Here's why...

Contact is a dedicated organization working to support families who have children with disabilities. They provide assistance in so many ways both personally and through their website, helplines, workshops and information sessions - just to name a few.  

When a family is caring for a child with a disability it can be stressful, confusing, and emotionally difficult. Contact's knowledgable advisors understand what these families need. They provide access to reliable resources and helpful information to the caregiver as well as create awareness of certain rights to services and benefits for their child.  Contact connects parents to support groups and fosters the development of family participation by guiding them in fundraising, volunteering and working together to create positive change within their lives and others.
