Well, after 4 days of cycling the challenge was complete. Travelling over 450km through England and on through France to Paris. I have raised (with gift Aid) over £1800 for the Motor Neurons Disease Association. Thankyou so much for the kind support, donations and assistance in reaching this brilliant total. It was worth the effort of cycling those miles to help the charity.

Wow its now under a week. Just completed my last training ride around the lakes. 81 hilly kilometres. phew!!! I've reached the target but want to go higher! !!! Keep them sponspors coming..........
